블루호스트(Bluehost) 환불 방법 후기




사이트 확장을 위해 블루호스트에서 워드프레스 호스팅을 가입했었습니다.

하지만… 바쁘다는 핑계로 방치만 해놓고 사용을 하지 않게 되어

한달이 훌쩍 지났지만 일부라도 환불 받을 생각으로 오랜만에 블루호스트에 들어갔습니다.

블루호스트 홈페이지에 접속하여 맨 아래까지 스크롤을 내립니다. “Contact” 를 누릅니다.

누르면 아래와 같은 팝업이 뜹니다. 전화를 하셔도 되지만 전 영어에 자신이 없으므로 “Chat Now“를 눌렀습니다.

정보를 입력 후 “NEXT” 버튼을 누릅니다.

아래와 같이 “Topic > Billng“, “Description > Cancel Addon Product/Service” 를 선택 후 마지막에 “I Would like to refund the service“를 입력해주고 “Find Help“를 누릅니다.

아래와 같은 글이 쭉 나옵니다. 밑으로 스크롤을 내려서 “START CHAT“을 누르면 채팅이 시작됩니다.
